How to book a room/apartment? + -

You can contact us at:

  • Phone number +359887235183 or +359887991736 and you will be able to book a room/apartment
  • You could fill in our online booking form at the hotel's website, noting the period you wish to book the room/apartment. We will contact you to specify the details of the reservation.

What is the time for check-in/check-out? + -

Check-in is after 2:00 pm.

Check-out is until 12:00 pm.

Late check-out is possible - check at the reception for the price.

What kind of services or facilities does the hotel offer? + -

Outdoor swimming pool, playground for kids, sauna, gym, safety deposit box at the reception 24/7

Extra beds and children + -

FREE: One child up to 11,99y.o. stays free of charge when using an extra bed in DBL

FREE: One child up to 2y.o. stays free of charge when using a baby cot in DBL

 

Adults and children over the age of 12 pay 80% of the regular bed price when using an extra bed.

Maximum capacity of additional bedding: one extra bed or one baby cot.

The accommodation with an additional bed or baby bed has to be notified in the reservation and the hotel has to confirm this possibility.

Housekeeping service includes cleaning the room, bed changing, towel changing.

In addition to classic dishes, we also offer a range of vegetarian recipes that are tasty and without meat or fish

All rooms are equipped with a flat screen TV

Each room has its own individual AC.

Complimentary wi-fi connection is available throughout the hotel premises.

It is NECESSARY to enter an activation password, which will be provided to you at the reception upon request.

Paid public parking lot is available nearby. Prices are 20 BGN/day for 1 car.

 

Are there any activities for kids? + -

We offer children animation for kids aged 4-12 y.o. 6 days a week.

We accept cash payments in BGN (Bulgarian Leva)

Yes, we do accept the following credit and debit cards: Maestro; Master Card; Visa; Visa Electron

What are the opportunities for business events? + -

Due to strategies to minimize the spread of COVID-19 infection hotel Sirena organizes all working meetings, cultural and business events outdoors. No equipment is provided.

How do I cancel a reservation? + -

All cancellations must be done in writing.

Cancellations made 7 days before arrival – free of charge

Cancellations made 3 days before arrival – we refund 50 % of the total amount.

Requests for cancellations made 24 hours before 12:00 p.m. on the day of check-in will not be accepted.

We can assist you with processing your transfer from and to:

  • Airport Varna
  • Airport Plovdiv
  • Airport Sofia
  • Airport Istanbul

Please, be advised that all transfers are being arranged upon prior individual request.

Payment methods + -

Payment by credit/ debit card through the VPOS of DSK.

             Types of cards accepted: debit, credit and business Visa and Mastercard cards

             Transactions are carried out through the security programs Mastercard Identity Check and VISA Secure.

In terms of security, the maximum amount that can be paid by card is BGN 8 000.00

We do not store any credit and debit card information.

The return of an amount paid by card is refunded to the same card.
